1. Objective factors
A. Affected by the manufacturing process, the two ends of the special cable are fixed during the manufacturing process, making it impossible for the torque to reach equilibrium, which is an important reason for cable twisting. The preheating and setting of the armored wire do not meet the requirements, resulting in irregular winding of the wire and increased cable torsion. Uneven winding and inconsistent tightness of the cable core can easily lead to cable core breakage during use.
