Main categories of wire and cable products
The design of wire and cable products can be mainly divided into five categories: 1. Bare wire and bare conductor products The main development characteristics of this type of information product are: pure conductors are made of metal, without insulation and sheath, such as steel core aluminum stranded wire, copper aluminum busbar, electric locomotive wire, etc.; the processing technology is mainly through pressure processing, such as melting, rolling, drawing, twisting/tight twisting, etc. The product design can be mainly used for suburban areas, rural areas, user management trunk lines, switch cabinets, etc.
Wire and cable product design can be mainly divided into five categories:

2. Power cables
The main characteristics of this type of product are: extrusion (winding) wires, such as overhead line insulation level cables, or multi-core stranded wires (corresponding phase wires, neutral wires, ground wires), such as two-core or more analysis overhead system insulated power cables, or adding a metal sheath layer, such as plastic/rubber covered wires and cables. The main processes include drawing, twisting, insulation extrusion, cable laying, armoring, sheath extrusion, etc. Different processes are combined differently for different products. This product is mainly used for the transmission, distribution, transmission, substation, and power supply lines for transmitting strong electric energy. The current and voltage passed are high.
3. Wires and cables for electrical equipment

How to identify the quality of wires
First, check for quality system certification; check if the certificate is standard; check for factory name, address, inspection stamp, and production date; check for trademarks, specifications, and voltage, etc., printed on the wire. Also check the copper core cross-section of the wire. High-quality copper has a bright and soft luster; otherwise, it is a substandard product.
Second, try taking a wire end and bending it repeatedly with your hand. Wires that feel soft, fatigue-resistant, strong, and have high elasticity in the plastic or rubber composite material, and no cracks on the wire insulator are superior products.
This is a considerable number of users. Some enterprises even have more common misunderstandings when using wires and cables.
