1. Ordinary flame-retardant wire and Cable

3. Low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant wire Cable
The insulation and sheath materials of low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant wires and cables are mostly thermoplastic elastomers, and the materials do not contain halogen elements such as bromine and iodine. The flame-retardant mechanism of this cable is the interruption of the exchange flame-retardant mechanism. Stopping the replacement of the flame retardant means that the combustion disappears. Because part of the heat generated during the combustion of the flame-retardant material cannot be removed, the thermal decomposition temperature of the material cannot be maintained, and combustible gases cannot be continuously produced.
What is the difference between ordinary insulated wires and flame-retardant wires?
The difference lies in that flame-retardant wires have passed flame-retardant tests or certifications, while ordinary cables have not. There is not much difference in appearance, but domestic flame-retardant wires add the letters "ZR" in the printed word content. Foreign standards such as UL print VW-1 or CMP, CMR, etc., on them according to different flame retardancy levels.
